Based on the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, this assessment measures three aspects of impulsivity: motor impulsiveness (acting without thinking), attentional impulsiveness (inability to focus), and non-planning impulsiveness (lack of planning). Impulsivity exists on a spectrum.
